On March 13, 2015, YouTube began to support [[360 Video]]. In June, 360 Videos can be viewed in [[Google Cardboard]], allowing for an [[immersive]] [[VR]] experience.
The official VR app for YouTube, called [[YouTube VR]], was released on November 9, 2016 for the [[Daydream View]].

YouTube began its support for [[360 Video]] in March, 2015. Users can not only browse 360 Videos from their [[Chrome]] browsers but also from the YouTube app on their [[Android]] or [[iOS]] devices. Users can upload 360 Videos from various compatible [[360 Cameras]]. While watching an 360 video, users can drag their mice or use the directional icon in the top left corner to change the perspectives of their view points.
