Daydream View consists of a plastic body wrapped in soft fabric. The device works with overall feel of the HMD is simple and light without being cheap. Unlike [[Gear VR]], which has [[IMUs]], fans and microUSB port, Daydream Ready phones, connects View has only [[lenses]] and uses a [[NFC ]] tag concealed within the front cover. The HMD does not need to detect your phone is present wirelessly (no connectors) and uses auto alignment be connected to allow quick and seamless entry and exit from VR – informed by capacitive pads on the View headsetphone, where they touch the screen, tells NFC tag detects the phone how to orient the imagewhen it is in place.
The padded faceplate interface itself front cover of the HMD is detachablemostly open. It relies on a spring-loaded hinge below, an elastic hook above and is said few high-friction pads to keep the phone in place. This method allows the HMD to be breathable compatible with phones of various sizes and hand-washablethicknesses.
