[[SteamVR Base Stations]] - the dual Base Stations are part of the laser tracking system of SteamVR. They are placed in the opposite corners of the room and track the positions of your HMD and SteamVR controllers. They are able to track your positions accurately head and hands with accuracy, low latency and sub-millimeter precision within the 15 by 15 feet space, creating the holodeck experience.
