YouTube began its support for 360 Video in March, 2015. Users can not only browse 360 Videos from their Chrome browsers but also from the YouTube app on their Android or iOS devices. Users can upload 360 Videos from various compatible 360 Cameras.
In early June 2015, 360 videos can be viewed from the Google Cardboard. The normally 2D 360 videos can now be transformed into an immersive VR experience.
