VRMMO or VRMMORPG stands for Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online (Role-Playing Game). These games combine the multiplayer aspects of MMORPGs with powers of Virtual Reality.
VRMMOs were conceptualized by works of fiction such as Science Fiction novels and near future anime. Animes such as .Hack series and Sword Art Online.
