Oculus Share was shut down in May 2016.

Oculus Share is the official app distribution platform and database for the Oculus Rift (Platform). Created by Oculus VR, Oculus Share allows users to share and discover Rift apps, demos and other experiences. Oculus Share can be accessed on desktop and mobile devices. The App Store version of Oculus Share is called Oculus Store, which is accessible on Rift devices.

The app files can be hosted by Oculus Share or a 3rd party developer.
